WASHINGTON: US foreign office Friday said Pakistan was committed to war against terrorism and that Pakistan itself was concerned over its unawareness of the presence of Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad, Geo News reported.Talking to reports in Washington, US foreign office spokesman Mark Toner said pressure had been mounted on al-Qaeda as result of cooperation with Pakistan on war on terror.
He said the objective of the war in Afghanistan was to cleanse the restive country of al-Qaeda.
